Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering lets you reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Please read the following information before placing your order.

Estimated Timeframe

Pre-order items are expected to be available within 4-6 weeks, unless a different estimate appears on the product page.

This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed release or delivery date. Manufacturing, shipping, customs, supplier, or other unexpected delays may affect availability.

Payment

Payment is collected when you place your pre-order. If your order includes both available and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated.

Updates and Delays

We will provide updates if the expected timeframe changes significantly. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delays can occur and agree to wait until the item becomes available.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may request cancellation for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

Important Note

Please do not order a pre-order item for a birthday, holiday, event, or other date-sensitive occasion unless you are comfortable with the possibility of delay.
