We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3–5 business days of your purchase.

Preorder Items
Preorder items are excluded from this timeframe. Estimated dispatch dates for preorder products are listed on the product page. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the preorder item is ready.

Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship all Australian orders with Australia Post. International orders may be sent via Australia Post or another trusted courier depending on your location and the most efficient shipping option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
